1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mandarin Club House LLC ("the Establishment"), including our casino, hotel, restaurant, and all related services. The Establishment is registered and operates under the laws of Georgia, holding all necessary licenses issued by the Revenue Service of Georgia for gambling activities.

By entering our premises or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino gaming areas.
• Valid government-issued identification is required for entry to gaming areas.
• Georgian citizens and residents must present a Georgian ID card or passport.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide valid identification.
• Employees of gambling establishments in Georgia are prohibited from participating in gambling activities as per Georgian law.

3. Gaming Rules and Regulations

All gaming activities at Mandarin Club House are conducted in accordance with:

• The Law of Georgia on Organizing Lotteries, Games of Chance and Other Prize Games
• Regulations issued by the Revenue Service of Georgia
• Individual game rules posted at each gaming table
• House rules as determined by management

The Establishment reserves the right to modify game rules, table limits, and operating hours at any time without prior notice.

4. Financial Transactions

• All gaming transactions are conducted in Georgian Lari (GEL), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR).
• Exchange rates are determined by the Establishment and displayed at the cashier.
• Large cash transactions may be subject to additional verification as required by Georgian anti-money laundering laws.
• The Establishment may refuse transactions that appear suspicious or do not comply with applicable regulations.
• Credit is not extended for gaming purposes.
• All chips must be cashed out before leaving the premises.

5. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Maintain appropriate dress code (smart casual minimum, formal attire encouraged)
• Behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests
• Refrain from using offensive language or engaging in disruptive behavior
• Not use mobile phones at gaming tables
• Not photograph or record video in gaming areas
• Comply with all instructions from Establishment staff

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential ban from future visits.

6. Responsible Gaming

Mandarin Club House is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage guests to:

• Set personal limits on time and money spent gambling
• View gambling as entertainment, not a source of income
• Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose
• Take regular breaks during gaming sessions

7. Hotel Accommodation

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• A valid credit card or cash deposit is required upon check-in.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Pets are welcome with prior arrangement and additional fees.
• Cancellation policies vary by rate type and will be communicated at time of booking.

8. Restaurant and Bar Services

• Reservations are recommended for dining at Secret of Mandarin.
• The legal drinking age in Georgia is 18 years.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons.
• Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law:

• The Establishment is not liable for any personal injury or property damage except where caused by our negligence.
• The Establishment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Safe deposit facilities are available for valuable items.
• Gaming results are final and binding; disputes will be resolved by management in accordance with Georgian gaming regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and materials associated with Mandarin Club House are the property of Mandarin Club House LLC and are protected under Georgian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, specifically the Batumi City Court as the court of first instance.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display at the Establishment. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
